Mondelis Ukraine is the leader in the food industry market in such categories as: snacks, coffee, cookies, chocolate, etc. In an effort to continually surprise their customers, the company released a new type of candy “Crown Assortini therefore a new packaging line was required.Thats why our company was chosen to solve packaging problem.

Each buyer has his own preferences thats why Mondelis Ukraine always do their best to meet them as much as possible. Candy "Crown Assortini" became the embodiment of care for the consumer because one package contains 4 kinds of whole glazed nuts, including almonds in truffles, Crispello in white and Crispello in milk chocolate and hazelnuts in dark chocolate.

WHY BASIS

For the successful positioning of the product on the market, the manufacturer decided to place it in an attractive, carton and compact outer packaging, styled as a gift. The basis of the packaging is korreks. Thanks to special cell, the product does not mix and move which is important during storage and transportation.

The launch of a new product has made it necessary for installation of a special packaging line. Basis has already developed and successfully implemented several projects for Mondelis Ukraine . No wonder that the long-term experience of cooperation has become the foundation for choosing a equipment supplier.

HOW IT WORKS

Due to the fact that the dosage of four types of candies in the plastic cellular padding was planned, a packing system was selected, including two dual 16 bunker multiheads dispensers. Thanks to this solution, each type of candy is weighed separately, as if it were 4 different dispensers, but this significantly saves production space. Each dispenser is configured to work with 2 different types of candy with different weight characteristics with speed up to 45 pack / min.

Naturally, for the manufacturer it was very important to preserve the appearance of the product, so the engineers at Basis paid special attention to this. Dispensers were selected regarding the product's fragility. The presence of intermediate bunkers made it possible to slow down the speed of the product and thereby prevent cracks and fractures.

Plastic cellular padding movement is carried out using a step conveyor, first under one metering device, and then under another. The conveyor for the correxes was created taking into account the fact that the product is not evenly dumped - a special system of shakers allowed to distribute the product in the cells in order to further seal the correction membrane without extra effort and place it in the box.

SUCCESSFUL REALIZATION

The conveyor for the correxes was created taking into account the fact that the product is not sprinkled evenly - a special system of corrector shakers allows you to distribute the product in the cells so that you can seal the correction membrane without further efforts and place it in the box.
