Candied and dried fruit is a great alternative to fresh fruit during the cold season and a nutritious snack regardless of the season. Candied fruit is fruit boiled in sugar syrup, while dried fruit (apricots, sultanas, etc.) is naturally dried. The candied fruit can easily be weighed and packed during the packaging process, but dried fruit tends to stick and can make the equipment difficult to operate. BASIS dried fruit packing equipment is designed with this product in mind to ensure:
