Traditionally, Basis LLC has paricipated in the International specialized exhibition of equipment and technologies for the food and processing industry INPRODMASH & UPAKOVKA 2013 which was held from September 10 to September 12 at the International Exhibition Center.
During the exhibition, our company has represented its new development – Horizontal Cartoner Aruk-40 for packaging piece products in a carton box. The cartoner works in full automatic mode and combines versatility and easiness of operation:
- a large range of box sizes and quick reconfiguration to another dimension allows you to change production for another product instantly;
- easiness of operation is achieved thanks to a servo motor with a built-in reference library;
- a large 10 ”display as well as a simple human-machine interface simplifies the process of personnel training;
- The design of the machine makes it possible to see the entire packaging process and get easy access to all the mechanisms used without any extra effort. Today, there are no manufacturers in the CIS that embody this technology.
Moreover, conveyor perfomance with a weighing unit was represented to the visitors – multifunctional equipment that allows you to control the weight and process the information received online. And together with our partner, Ishida, we were able to exhibit the multihead dispenser – CCW-SE-210W-1S-20 series. The exhibition once again allowed Basis LLC to be represented as a leader in the Ukrainian market and one of the leading enterprises in Eastern Europe. A high attendance of the exhibition emphasized the relevance of the solutions provided and became a powerful incentive for the implementation of new projects.
